I love the pic whos, I set it as my desktop background at work...I'm sure it'll make me think about you, which will them make me think of running, which will hopefully make me want to run. I hope.

Lovely pic daddy :D

Okay Monday night did my 45 minutes of step aerobics. Was fabulous. Also did 110 crunches before hand.

I'm also just about to get my measurements done by our fitness center here at work. They have my measurements from over a year ago. Should be really interesting. :)

Spin class tonight. First week I start with 2 spin classes a week :)

HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!:whoo::whoo::whoo::whoo::whoo::whoo:

That is awesome! I often think to myself, if I didn't exercise I probably could have lost more poundage by now, but when I got my 2 month numbers back, I know that I look smaller now than if the weight had come off the scale. Its unbelievable!!! Great job Di, you are totally kicking butt!!!

Wow, y'all are doing so well! I can't wait until the 15th when I measure again.

Today was two and a half hours at the gym. 240 crunches then a full leg workout. Good lord...I read it, it's true...as a beginner, you are supposed to be able to leg press your own body weight, plus or minus 15%, to start off! So last week when I was dying with 130 pounds was I guess WUSS TIME. Today I did 180 pounds...turning red, grunting, huffing and puffing! I must've been a sight! But I did it! Six sets of twelve reps with feet together and six sets of twelve reps with feet apart...that last one hurts. Then on to all the other leg excercises we do. This should be good for my cycling, though, which I need...I'm s-l-o-w!

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
      Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

      Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

      Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
