I have UH and it took 3 days for approval


I had sleep apnea, and they only required one nutrition class

Wow, where do you live? I thought UHC made everyone wait 6 months with 6 nutrition classes.

Every policy can vary greatly. I'm in Texas, most policies vary depending on employer. Your employer discusses details that it does or doesn't not want for their employees. I had first appt. with Bariatric surgeon on Jan. 12th and was sleeved Feb. 28th.


I was told it had to do with state requirements.
