Recovery time before Sex and CrossFit

I posted in the men's page but I didn't get a response, so lets open it up to everybody. I've been fairly active with working out the last year with CrossFit and cardio about 4 times a week until a month ago because I had an anal fistula that I had surgery on. It was the tipping point of deciding to do the surgery. My doc has released me to walk and that is it right now. After the sleeve how long until you can get your heart rate for incline walking? Or even CrossFit? Or Sex? How long were most of you off of work? I have a hard time of being still!

Ask your Dr.

Crossfit is going to be at least 6 weeks, because of hernia risk.

I have done Crossfit and honestly you won't be able to drink water fast enough or eat enough calories for it until at least 6 months.

I had sex last week, which was my 3rd week post op. I was still sore but I wanted to have sex. I couldn't do many positions since I was still sore so if your partner doesn't mind you laying while they're on top, you'll be fine.
