Pinching incision pain

Hi guys im 2.5 wks post op vsg. I was cleared to lift anything yesterday and i lifted my daughter which she is 30lbs, now i have a bad pinching pain in my largest incison anyone go through this? Hoping its normal.. im going to wait the weekend if it doesnt go away ill call the aurgeon monday. And for now taking it easy with the lifting
