So do edibles still work after surgery?

I'm almost 6 months out, and I'm planning a trip to a weed friendly state but wondering if i should even bother with any edibles. Will my stomach effect the high? Will it be a waste?

Any advice. Thanks!

    Just like sc101071 said, they still work. I tend to let them sit in my mouth for a while and absorb sublingually. I would've been super bummed if they didn't!

    They work. But watch out for the calories! The best edibles are not bariatric-friendly. In my state, I have to eat three or four Cookies to really feel mellow (because of dosing laws. One good homemade cookie will do it) . That's a lot of calories and carbs. Try tinctures or oils.
