Preop Began Today on ❤️day

Dang, well this was planned perfectly, I have started my doctors strict preop diet today. Surgery Day Feb 28th. Well so much for all the "bad" Vday goodies out there. Lol Plus side family; my hubby and two kiddies ( boy 13, girl 8) are totally on board, So normal vday would have been spent with tons of candy, and going to dinner somewhere. Well , guys not tonight, this girl is having a smoothie and we are all going to go to beach for a night time walk. ;) Instead of candies I have suggested A few other things to hubby that doesn't involve food... To be continued...;)

[emoji256] so they are letting you eat meals other than liquid protein. That's awesome.
