Surgery was 12/27/2016. only losing 2lbs in the last month?

Hello, I had surgery 12/27/2016, by 2 week appointment I lost 10 lbs, It has been one month since that and lost 2 lbs. Everyone tells me that you can tell but really only 2 lbs gone. They say don't count calories but i do, I get anywhere from 450-650 in a day. 63-85 protein. I get my water in just fine. I have issues with one leg so I can only do walking 20 min at a time. I have been getting all my vitamins in. Anyone have a tips or ideas to help? I feel like my scale will not move don't matter what I try.

Hello I had surgery 12/21/2016 and day of surgery weight was263 current weight is 231. It fluctuates up to 232 every other day. I am not able to eat much when I do I vomit. I'm struggling to find a healthy medium but I can't. I'm just taking it one day at a time. I have to wait until the 15th to see my Doctor so you could tell me if I could exercise ( weight lift)
