I feel like I over eat some days

I have the same "problem". I notice some days or even weeks I can eat more than others... I meal prep for work and some days I can eat the whole meal and some days I can only eat half... initially I was concerned but I got over it and decided it's just my body telling me when I need more or less food... I don't try to overthink it anymore...

Yup, same as SoCalLaura said. There are some days I can have 3 meals and 2 small (healthy) Snacks. Then there are some days that I can only manage 2 meals. It does fluctuate, and I don't think it's anything you can really change.

I find the days I eat more that I lose weight. I think it's our metabolism revving up making us hungrier.
Nothing is a straight line. Our bodies are constantly changing (and aging lol) We just can't see what's going on behind the scenes.
