Terrible taste in my mouth post op

I'm two weeks post op from my gastric sleeve and just finished my liquid phase. For the last week I have had a terrible taste in my mouth that I can't get rid of. I'm assuming it's from my healing stomach and the lack of "real" food?... Has anyone else experienced this? If you have, does it eventually go away?
