Looking for a buddy/mentor in No. East Colorado

I had my Lap Band to Gastric Bypass revision on June 6, 2016. Lost about 25lbs so far (not as much as I hoped for). Could really use some advise - have been terribly disappointed in myself and have fallen "off the wagon" :(
