January 15, 20179 yr Hi, I am in....This is my 5th day on 2 shakes and a meal/day. I start my liquid diet tomorrow as my surgery is tbe 30th. Best Wishes!

January 15, 20179 yr My pre-op starts on Thursday for 3 weeks. Luckily, it's not only liquids - I'm allowed some Protein and veggies twice a day. Good luck to everyone!
January 15, 20179 yr I am Day five in my preop liquid only surgery January 24, The worst part about it for me is the headache, i've had a screaming headache since I started, i'm thinking it's due to withdraw from sugar! I am doing the Premier Protein premade drinks it comes in five flavors, I do five a day which brings me to 800 cal and 150 protein little high in the protein but dietitian said it's OK, at the start of the morning I put the five drinks in my lunch bag and when it's time to have a shake I dig my hand into the bag without looking and I get a surprise flavor of drink!! Got to make some fun out of it!! It keeps me full throughout the day but I still crave food and want to eat! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
January 15, 20179 yr Author More power to you guys on the liquid diet! I'm on a high Protein no carb or suger...stopping caffeine so I don't end up dehydrated through surgery too...with that what's on the Breakfast agenda progress starts in the mind

I'm having so much anxiety that I'm afraid I will fail.. my husband is still semi supportive.. just pray for me that I can do this..
