Sleeved Jan 13th Hiccups Are Horrible

I got sleeved yesterday Jan 13th in Juarez Mexico by Dr Jose Rodriguez. Everything went great. Yesterday after surgery was very painful. I was sweating and very miserable with Gas etc. I must have had 8 gas x strips. At about 3am things turned for the better. I walked a lot. In fact the medical staff was surprise at all my walking but everything I read said to do so.

Now I am trying to kick these almost always hiccups I have. They hurt and couldn't be more annoying. Just part of the deal for some I suppose. I am excited to start my journey. I am a low BMI 33.

My starting weight is 244. My goal is 195. I will say that this forum was a great help in every area. Especially when I started having hiccups real bad last night. Kind of freaked me out a little. All is good now.

Remember, all these aches and pains post surgery are just a minor set back for a major comeback!

In the hospital they gave me a muscle relaxer the first day when it was really painful. After that they came and went for a couple of days. I don't think I've had unusual hiccups since day 3 or 4.

That's great to know. Thanks.
