How long before back to sports and activities? Ski season is here!

Hi all,

Now that winter is here that also means it's ski season. I have surgery tentatively scheduled for end of January but I want to make sure I don't miss the ski season. I will of course go before surgery but How long would you say it took to get back to normal physical activities like skiing, running, weight lifting?

Thanks :)

Ask your surgeon. This isn't information you want to get from anyone else.

Thanks. Yes I have spoken with him and I understand everyone recovers at a different rate however would appreciate some personal experiences from folks here who have had the procedure
