    You are doing great! I am one month after the surgery (11/16) and my total weight loss is only 26 pounds. For two consecutive week I loose only 1 pound a week.

    26 pounds in a month is phenomenal... I think you did great

    You are doing great! I am one month after the surgery (11/16) and my total weight loss is only 26 pounds. For two consecutive week I loose only 1 pound a week.
