  1. I was so scared I literally made myself sick over it, it’s worth it. The death rate during and after surgery is sooooo low. You won’t regret your decision trust me!
  2. Yessss, atleast 5 days a week. Now I’ve lost 267 total. I lost 100 pounds post surgery
  3. Extra skin, stretch marks and cellulite. But I’m down 267 pounds, 267! I don’t regret a thing.

  5. Just sharing my progress with you guys! Hope everyone is doing great!
  6. 8 months out 202 pounds down total, 170 since surgery! [emoji1320][emoji1320]
  7. No I have lost 160 pounds since surgery. 190 total.
  8. Exercise, and don't give up. Stalls really suck and they can really bring you down just remember it's just a stall and the scale will move again, be patient with your body.

  10. I lift every day, not heavy lifting though. I take 10 pound weights and do all different types of arm workouts, squats and leg presses for my legs.. and much more.
  11. Just follow everything the doctor says and exercise I try to work out at least 5-6 days a week. It really sped up the process for me! Good luck! I'm so happy for you, you'll do great!
  12. I am 5'8, 377 pounds was my starting weight I am down to 223 today.
  13. You will do great! I was terrified, but I am so glad I did it, my quality of life is so much better!
  14. This was one of my biggest concerns pre op. Actually they haven't changed at all thank goodness lol

  16. Yes I do have loose skin on my stomach, inner thighs and arms. I will be talking with a surgeon about removing it once I'm done losing

  20. So I know it's okay to take the sugar free version of robitussin, however do I take the normal amount? I am 4.5 months post op. [emoji4][emoji4]

I'll give you my reasons lol so I know 2 people who had gastric bypass no joke both of them ended up super ill, one of them was actually hospitalized for 5 months and nearly died that's how sick he became. He is still recovering from it and this was about a year ago. The sleeve is a lot less extensive on the body as well. My aunt and uncle both had the sleeve done and were super successful, so I went by what I saw not by statistics. [emoji4][emoji4]
