Released from hospital today. 4 days post op

I am home for about 4 hours and vomited after walking around. Have only had about 2 oz Water. Vomit smells very bad. I am worried. Should I call my dr?

    Were you vomiting while in the hospital? From what I heard for the first week or 2 nausea is very common and normal. Did they prescribe you any anti nausea medication
