Been at a stall for a week and a half

I hit a stall at 3 weeks post op and I've been at this stall for a week and a half now! I'm eating my Protein and drinking tons of Water like the Dr said and I even upped my walking time. When I weigh, the scale will go down a pound and then up a pound. I just don't get what I'm doing wrong. Why am I not losing weight? It's so depressing.

You are not doing anything wrong. This is part of the process and it will happen alot. Just follow the plan and the stall will break on its own.

If you get frustrated the best thing to do is to stay off the scale for now.

Best of luck to you!

Yup. Hit my stall at 4 weeks post op which was exactly when I started my soft food diet. Gained 2 lbs and then lost 1 lb. scale didn't move for about 10 days. I think what broke it was 1) giving my body time to adjust 2) make sure I'm drinking enough and 3) hitting the gym really hard.

Just recovering from my stall and I've lost about 2 lbs this week. Yay!
