Has anyone tried the 5 hour energy Protein shots? They are supposed to have 21 grams of protein in each shot.

I would check with your NUT.

I was told no caffeine for a long time to insure proper healing.

Since I had a revision, it may be never have caffeine again.

The program "book" that I have says that I can have caffeine. I must say that I did not think of the high caffeine content in this product. I have never used it before.
