Wearing waist trainer with band! Advice!

So I'm now 6 weeks post op and am feeling fab! Just had first band fill, things are dropping off well! 48 pounds down!

I intend to start working out this week as am concerned out the loose skin side of things.

Considering trying a waist trainer to help tighten skin.

Concerned that this will effect the band or cause problems.

Any advice welcome.

New to this.

Congrats!!! @@loulou12 I'm going for my first fill tomorrow. Super excited! My weight hasn't budged in 2 weeks hope tomorrow changes that. You would like to know about the waist trainer as well.

A "waist-trainer" will be as effective for tightening skin as an hourglass is for containing sand: Break the glass and the sand spills all over the place. The closest you can get to tightening loose skin short of reconstructive surgery is to work the muscles beneath it. Loose skin looks better over toned muscle than it does over flaccid muscle.

Waist-trainers are most effective for playing out fantasies. That's about it.

@@loulou12 I just got out of my appointment I have a 10cc band, at surgery they put in 1.5cc and now I'm at 4cc total and back on liquids for 2 days and soft food for one day after that. I have along lost 22lbs total since pre op diet until now
