2.5 mo po and had a positive pt yesterday.

I am seriously freaking out about this. I am worried to death that I won't have a healthy baby because I barely eat as it is. My cycles have always been regular so but this time I couldn't tell when I was ovulating. Before I used to get really crampy during ovulation. I am down 65 # and have so much more to lose. I take all my daily Vitamins but I am still concerned and fretting that I will not be able to lose the rest of my weight.

You need to talk to your OB and your nutritionist. Throwing away your eating plan and gaining uncontrollably is bad for the baby. You will likely need to up your calories, though.

Get a nutrition plan everyone agrees is in the baby's best interest and stick to it religiously.
