New Tummy Tones/Tunes

Had surgery 11/2/16 in Providence, RI! Feeling pretty darn good in terms of pain and soreness BUT I am struggling with getting familiar with the new tummy tones/tunes!

For example; is it hunger at 930PM or is it surgery pain or the acids breaking down the shakes and puréed stuff I ate??

I'm post-op day 6 and just not sure what the signs of hunger are with my new stomach. Any advice?

2 weeks! Congrats! Does it get better? Not like I can reverse anything! But I feel like I'm a prisoner to my stomach. Not eating more than 3 oz of puree in a sitting. Trying to get all my protein when I can barely get enough water in!! Help! The struggle is real!!
