How much did you gain? How much did you lose?

Just wondering others experiences - for those that got pregnant, how much weight did you gain throughout your pregnancy? And were you able to lose it all? How quickly! Thanks!

There was an older thread about this. Some say they got their restriction back right after giving birth, others not so much! I'm terrified. I'm just two days short of 17 weeks and so far only up 4 lbs. If I focus on animal proteins I fill up very fast and cannot eat much. If I eat chips or crackers I can eat way more!

I need to start tracking my food again. Making sure I get enough calories, but at the same time not overeating and putting on unnecessary weight.

i think I posted on the other thread as well. I had good restriction up until middle of second trimester. Havent had ANY (or rarely felt) restriction since then. I track using mfp, I even tried 2 rounds of pouch test, pure liquids and the atkins diet to help get the restriction back and nothing still.

My nutritionist says to gain or lose 5kg is okay, anything more I need to see her.

I'm up 17 lbs at 29 weeks. Started at 130. Apparently that's right on track for a normal pregnancy. Obviously having had the sleeve I was hoping I would be under the average, but as long as the baby is healthy and I'm not gaining more than the recommended I'll take it!
