That is really good. You will continue to loose a lot of weight. One advise that I will give you is to not go crazy buying new clothes. Because sometimes is a waste of money. I used to buy a outfit and only used it once. And my husband use to get so mad. Lol.

So far good!!

You could tried to take natural herbal tea's to help you sleep ( some of them say relaxing tea). I used to have the same problem before. Now I work 3rd shift. So Is very easy for me to sleep during the day.
