Burp, gurgling? Going to fast

Had surgery Monday tarted Protein drinks today..doing powder with skim milk..

Had some tomato Soup made with skim milk, organic etc

Noticed when I eat, I burp a lot and hear gurgling in my throat, sometimes a tiny bit of pain but dissipates fast...I can swallow a fairly large sip or sip rapidly.. maybe in going to fast????

I forget constantly that I need to go super slow...
