GRRRR - goes my stomach!

I'm on the 2 week pre-surgery diet. I feel like I am STARVING!!!! My patients keep telling me I need to eat, because they are hearing my stomach grumble. I'm dedicated so I won't sway from the right thing, but my goodness I think my insides are eating each other.

    If you drink Water, and I mean guzzle it all day, you won't have that noise problem. Drink water, all day, non stop.

    I drink a lot of Water, but I will definitely drink more. Thank you for the suggestion. I'm trying to keep from getting HANGRY!
