Tired of being tired

I had my surgery about 3 months ago and I just don't seem to have energy for anything. I seem to get short of breath easily and it's starting to get annoying. I'm taking all my Vitamins and a crap load of Calcium since I suffered from low calcium before the procedure. I'm drinking an Isopure a day for Protein. Any suggestions? I'm tired of being tired!!

Can take up to 6months to heal...I am right about where you are...I still get really tired. I joined a gym today and just trying out the equipment tired me out! Hang in there.

Thank you, I'm trying!! It's just hard when you want to do something but your body just won't let you.
