Stomach muscle pain 7 months out

If I do a push-up or sneeze my stomach muscle hurts and I'm 7 months out. Before spending a lot of money on a CT scan I was curious if anyone else on here has had a similar experience?

It sounds like it could be an incisional hernia, which can pop up months after the fact. If you have an appointment with your surgeon or PCP soon, bring it up with them - it's something that they can usually feel since they know what to look for. Certainly bring it up with one of your docs to eliminate the simpler things before going for an expensive test that may or may not show the problem.

Thanks for the reply Rick. I did see the surgeon and he did feel around and said he didn't feel a hernia and added if there was one it was small and he couldn't do anything about it (not sure what he meant by that). He said to wait 6 weeks and let him know if things improved otherwise to come back in 3 months. At the same token he said it's not normal to have pain when sneezing this far out. My instincts tell me something is wrong.
