Loose saggy skin

Well im 6 years post op, lost 140.pounds but gained some back over time because of a slip in diet and 2 pregnancies. Anyway i have alot of saggy skin and was wondering if there are ways of toning/tightening it up??

You can lift weights to add some muscle beneath the skin, which could fill it out a little. But in terms of true toning/tightening, I'm afraid your only real option is surgery.
