Post OP day 2, lots of pressure

I was sleeved on 9/22/16 Thursday afternoon. Was on diluted most of my stay for pain. But was slowly taken off it. I'm having issues with possible gas or air. Or maybe my stomach just needs Protein. I'll get what almost feels like indigestion and then my stomach will "growl" after. I've also passed gas a few times. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this pain or possible gas post Op.

I was sleeved on 9/21 and it is the same for me. Today is the first day I've even come close to my Protein goal. The bloating and gurgle is still there but not as bad as yesterday. Hang in there and WE will be fine.

Walk, walk, walk, walk. I'm 4.5 weeks out and I can remember thinking to myself that walking did more to relieve pain then the prescription pain narcotics. Walking will do wonders for you. Hang in there...it gets so much better with each day.

Oh yes that's very painful. If you can manage a few short walks through the day that will help disperse the gas naturally within your body. I felt like I had swollowed a rock for the first 6 days. It slowly went away just hang in there
