.. Or whoever does the cooking! If you are on a pre or post liquid only diet and have to still cook for your family then I feel your pain! Just cooked a roast chicken dinner (my fav meal of all time) for my family and so badly want to shove some in my mouth! Hey ho... Cheers to the Protein shake
