How do I add the Body Weight Ticker to my profile and posts?

I'm really new to this forum and love the idea of the Body Weight Ticker........I just can't figure out how to add it?

    Hey there. If you look up at the top of the page where your user name is right next to your private message box. Click on your name and you will get a drop down. About half way down you will see "My Tickers" click that and follow the steps to create your ticker. :)

    3. Adjust your preference.
