What's the next step

I've completed everything that the office ask of me in about three months now I'm trying to figure out what's next or is this the part where I just have to wait for a response back from my insurance can someone help me out on what's next I live in Philadelphia and I have Medicare insurance. Thanks

I do not know what the requirements for Medicare insurance is. With normal health insurance, I went through he follow stages.

Initial consultation.

Psychological assessment

Nutritionist consultations

6 month medical supervised weight loss and exercise program

Almost a day of pre-op testing

A second round of pre-op testing with specialist in their respective fields for my specific major risk areas

A half a day of classes detailing surgery and post op requirements.

Wow that seems like a lot I did my sleep study met with the nutrition and the psychiatrist all in about three months. Is been about two weeks and I haven't heard anything she didn't say if the paperwork was sent off or not do you have any insight on what's happening now or should I call.

I have. Medicare/Medicaid, all my requirement was a high BMI on top of the regular ones of the practice. I have COPD so had to get lungs as quite as possible before sleep study. I m full speed ahead for October and no 6 mo diet surveillance. Talked to my facilitator this AM , golly she's so good. Looking forward to start of new life!!!
