July 13th revision, still have to sleep at an incline

Does anyone else have this problem? I still have to sleep elevated slightly, or I get reflux. Also, after I eat or drink, I get like a "bubble" in my chest right below my throat. It growls, but I can't burp. Normal? Freakish?

Also, weight loss is definitely slower this time around...but I feel better than I did post band.
