i am staying on plan today because ...

im staying on a plan today because i have about two or so months before l.b.s. and i want to weigh 255 @surgery. :smile2:

I'm staying on plan today becasue I might as well have a big finish to the day. I was busy and in the car most of the day and didn't have time to eat more than an Atkins bar, one bottle of Water and 1/4 bottle of Isopure. Going to enjoy dinner!

I was banded on feb 5th... 08. no fill yet and i can eat whatever. i chew, chew, chew. i just stop eating but i know i can eat more right now. its really difficult. i have not lost anthing since 2 weeks ago. only gained 4 ouces. total of loss of 14.5 pounds since i've started this whole process. is this bandster hell? i have 11 more days till my first fill. its like i eat a little bit all day long.. am i being wierd? need some feedback. i feel like i have nothing there but my port. help..........

You say you stop eating even tho you could eat more. Me, too. Would you have done taht before being banded? I mean, Stop even tho you could eat more. Because once I realized that I was able to stop, I realized the band was helping me a little, but just not completely.

It will get better once you start getting fills!

Michelle, congrats on youraccomplishment. it will get easier when you have proper fill.

I'm stayed on target today because I go for my 6 moth check up tomorrow and I want to have lost 60 lbs! I am staying on plan tomorrow for the same reason!

I'm staying on plan today because I have a doctor's appointment on Friday, and I'd like to be at or under 230 when I go, which is -3 lbs from where I am today.

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
