Well everything is going great! I've lost 5 lbs since surgery and haven't had to take any pain medicine after coming home.

I've been walking a lot and eating cream Soups.

I haven't been getting my fluids or Proteins in but its getting better, I can't stand Protein shakes!

Pain is very mild almost none existent. This has been the answer I've been looking for all my life. I'm getting antsy to start working out and shedding this old body.

I feel so much better! My weight is 222 lbs from 309 when I started this process in Feb last yr. This is the best I have felt in 30 yrs!
