I would say your working out and building muscle. We all know muscle weighs more then fat. Take notice of how you feel and look. Sounds like your doing a good job ????

Water weight will fluctuate. If you're following your plan it definitely isn't fat.

A lb of fat and a lb of muscle weigh the same.. It's just a lb of muscle takes up less room. :)

I've got clothes I saved at different sizes. I've been all over the place in the past 4 years. So I'm so thrilled to be getting into things I saved. It's like they are new again. ???? I had thyroid removed 2 years ago. So now I'm stable. So as I lose I feel so happy.

Water retention - you need to be sure you're getting enough Protein and non caloric drinks. If you're not eating enough - you will not lose weight and your body holds on to everything.

What does your NUT suggest? You MAY not be eating enough to support your exercise level. You also may want to increase your Protein.< /p>

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
