Your body is probably in shock from extreme nervousness, and it's making you think you feel nothing. Tomorrow you may feel overwhelmed and start feeling true nervousness. It will be ok! You'll do great!

The day before surgery I was mostly really nervous and scared. I was also recovering from a cold and I was worried that they would cancel my surgery (they didn't, my lungs were clear and I had no fever when I arrived the next day so everything was fine). I was more excited (and nervous and scared) on the actual morning of surgery. So maybe it won't hit you until tomorrow. Good luck, best wishes on your journey!
