Day 4 of my Pre-Op Diet

DAY 4!!! Oh, it finally got easier.....thank goodness!! No more wanting to gnaw on the furniture.

Days 2 and 3 were awful, thank goodness for broth.

Surgeon doesn't require a 2 week pre-op but I decided to do one to take off a small chunk of weight before surgery August 18th. I figure the first 15 pounds are always easy for me to lose, it's the next phase that's hard, so I'll just start my weight loss surgery journey at the hard part. Any weight I lose now is weight I won't have to lose post-op.

3 Protein shakes a day, plus a small high protein, low carb dinner. And so much Water. Next week I will probably drop the dinners for another Protein shake.

How are other folks doing with their pre-op diets? Was Day 4 the magic day for you, too?
