BCBS MN - anyone experience any issues with bcbs mn? How long did it take to get your approval?

I am from MN, but have BCBS of Iowa and I had surgery in Wisconsin...covered the tri-state area! Lol! I've heard it's harder to get approval from MN. My process went smoothly. I started on it in November 2015 and was sleeved on May 2nd 2016. So, about 6 months. I no longer get insurance coverage for post-op nutritional visits, but I self-pay for this because it's important for my health. Good luck!!
