Day 3 of pre op diet. WHY DO I HAVE A CONSTANT SWEET TASTE IN MY MOUTH?

Today is day three of my pre op liver reduction diet. I have a constant sweet taste in my mouth. Does this mean that I have started the chemical change called 'ketosis' ???

When I google sweet taste in mouth all that come up is 'diabetes' related which I defiantly don't have.

Anyone have any ideas?
