Hit 50 pound weight-loss. I lost 31 pre-op and 19 since surgery 7/12. Celebrated with the first purge of the closet. Three huge trash bags out the door! Woo hoo!!

@@reducer623 ... I'm waiting until Thursday my one month mark to weigh in.

I do want to ask you all ... I'm having a hard time taking my meds. It feels like they just sit in my belly. Should I take them after a meal or after with Water?(that's what I have been doing).

I just came out of one. It was weeks 3-4 after surgery. Week three actually started with a 2 pound gain! This is week 5 and the scales finally started to move.

I take mine after meals as well. Perhaps try taking them 30mins before & see if that helps.
