  9. I'm 16 days post op and on a puréed diet. I got my period this week which hasn't helped my mood at all (after not having it for a year and a half). As of last week I was down 12 pounds in just a week post op. I have to be honest with all of you I almost feel depressed. I hate when my family eats in front of me and I'm actually kind of miserable.   11. I need some help everyone. I had my daughters two years ago and ever since then I have had the Mirena. I have not had a period in a year and a half. I am 12 days post op and I have a period. I was have terrible stomach pains one week after surgery when I finally figured out how Much sugar was in those and that what was causing my pains.
