  10. Curious as to what others experienced one month out. I have lost a total of 20 lbs. most was lost in the first two weeks. Only 2-3 lb in the last two. I am wondering if this is typical. I have introduced soft foods fish, cottage cheese, cheese, etc and am eating most all Proteins for each meal. I am unable to eat much so seems like I would be dropping more.
