  6. Curious as to what others experienced one month out. I have lost a total of 20 lbs. most was lost in the first two weeks. Only 2-3 lb in the last two. I am wondering if this is typical. I have introduced soft foods fish, cottage cheese, cheese, etc and am eating most all Proteins for each meal. I am unable to eat much so seems like I would be dropping more.   7. Just curious what others are experiencing. I and 4 wks po and lost 20lb in the first two weeks. The last two I have only lost 2lbs. Is this normal?   14. Full liquids for two weeks, puréed three weeks, soft foods three weeks. Full liquids included cram soup, malt o meal and Greek yogurt. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  19. i am two weeks out and not Allowed mushy foods until 6 weeks. I am not allowed rice at all. Mushy foods would be cottage cheese, Beans, yogurt but at one week that seems way to early. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  21. There are many different types of Protein. Many are not effective and a waste of money. Protein drinks should be made with whey isolate for the body to properly absorb. It is unfortunate so many nut are not letting people know. There are not a ton on the market but you can order on Amazon/. Matrix makes one and Bariatric Advantage..
