got my surgery date August 2nd and doing pre-op diet!

I am so ready for this. So far so good. I drink a Protein drink for Breakfast and lunch, then I have a lean dinner of chicken & veggies. My surgeon said I could choose dinners from Lean Causine or Healthy Choice. I bought plenty of tea for when I get hungry. I sit down and eat. If get hungry I remind myself that I get another meal in a few hours. Then I do anything so not to think about it. Now here is where I am lacking. I haven't done any exercises like since forever. The most walking I do is from my house to the driveway where my car is and from my car to my desk at work. Ugh! :( so worried my weight loss will not be enough at my surgery date.
