Is it ok to color your hair during the "shedding" phase?

It's that phase post op....the dreaded hair loss! I really need a cut and color....Just wondering if anyone knows if it's ok to color my hair during this process?

I have been doing it every 5 weeks since surgery. My stylist notices the loss of hair but actually commented yesterday how much better it is getting at 1 year post-op. :)

I had a cut/color three weeks ago and it didn't seem to make any difference. The hair is still shedding, but at least my hair looks better- no split ends and no roots! I went a little bit shorter since so much is falling out, which kind of worked out since it is summer.

Thanks!! [emoji2][emoji106]
