Hello!!! I am very happy that I did this, no regrets for me yet! I have lost 30 pounds for the first month, and I'm still learning my new sleeve. I have been back to work for 2 weeks with no problem. I have been walking like a crazy person, with this bad knee as much as possible. I get to start swimming next week and I'm very excited about that. First month down and the rest of my life to Go!!!

Very happy, and feeling good, 20lbs since surgery. I've had no issues and no regrets, either. I also need to eat slower. I work in the school system, so I'm off for a couple more weeks. It's easy to forget I even had the surgery. I think I'm hitting a stall this week and it stinks. I have until Wednesday, so I'm trying to up the Water intake. That seems to be my only problem, I can't get in enough water. Anyone have any tips for water intake? I'm struggling!

I was sleeved on June 1st. Down 25lbs since surgery and finally feeling normal again! I went back to work after two weeks. I need to step up my exercise now and really get my butt in gear!

I'm down 30! In a stall for the past week and a half some times I get a burning pain where my scars are. They usually last a few minutes then done. See dr on Thursday, hopefully to be cleared to a full diet and cleared for exercise!!
