South African painkillers

Hi. I'm visiting South Africa and don't have my Tylenol on me. Does anyone know the South African version please. It's just for a massive headache.

    I managed to speak to a pharmacist and I got some paracetomol. They do not do a Tylenol substitute. Headache is gone now.
