I am in southern NJ and i am trying to get some type of help with the lap band procedure. I am 5'9 and 222lbs. I have always been up and down with my weight and can not get under 220 no matter what i do. I work out 3-4 times a week, i diet, i starve and nothing helps. I have amerihealth insurance through my employer but it seems nearly impossible to even get an appointment with a doctor..
Any suggestion?? anyone have any good experience in my area with amerihealth or at least a doctor that will do the procedure? My insurance covers the procedure. I am at a dead end and depression is winning.
Thank you.
