Ticker not updating on my personal blog!

Hey, so I copy and pasted the HTML code from my ticker here to use on my Wordpress blog, but it doesn't update like it does here. Does it just take a really long time, or do I need some special code, or what?

    Should be right away. Sounds like the page is cached. Can you empty your cache and try again, please?

    Nope, no change, my ticker in my sig says 1 week but on my blog it says 1 week 1 day. I did clear my cache, even restarted my browser, no change. Help?
